Pierre-Étienne Roy
Residential and Commercial Real Estate Broker
Since 2013, real estate has been at the heart of my professional career. I've had the opportunity to explore various facets of this exciting field. From 2013 to 2015, as a mortgage broker, I acquired solid expertise in real estate financing. Since 2015, I continued my career as a real estate broker, dedicating myself to supporting my clients in their property purchase and sale projects.
At the same time, since 2014, I have been working with Habitation Mégatech, a family business, where I was responsible for the sales of numerous new construction projects.
This experience led me to fully manage the construction sites of an 88-home project from 2021 to 2023. These diverse experiences have allowed me to develop an in-depth knowledge of real estate, ranging from the design and construction of homes to the financial and legal aspects of transactions.
In my work, I am committed to core values such as honesty, integrity, hard work, and pragmatism.
