Pierre-Étienne has been working in real estate brokerage for several years. He developed strong knowledge in the sale of new construction homes through close collaboration with builders. This hands-on experience on construction sites gave him an in-depth understanding of the building process, the dynamics of on-site teams, and the specific needs of buyers in this market.
Sophie, on the other hand, is a newly licensed broker who brings solid entrepreneurial experience. For over 15 years, she managed her own business, which helped her develop strong business acumen, leadership skills, and a client-focused, human approach. She also worked in real estate photography and completed training in interior design, giving her a sharp eye for property presentation.
